Aligning the Strategic Vision

This workshop for executives will identify core business processes, assign ownership and define the process metrics to ensure alignment to business critical success factors as they relate to the business shareholders and the market. Critical gaps will be identified and a road map to implement Business Process Management will be created.

The workshop will help you define or validate a vision mission and critical success factors. This serves as the foundation for creation of your strategies, goals and objectives. With this structure an organization can properly identify their critical metrics and establish a balanced score card approach to running the business. Understanding the performance of your organization is the first step in optimizing operational performance. Where gaps are encountered you can deploy continuous improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, Workout...) to close those gaps.

Implementing the Strategic Vision- Process Owner

This hands-on workshop enables participants to create a process management system for their process, aligning the processes and the metrics with business strategic goals. This process management system gives participants visibility to the strengths and challenges of the processes they own Through the application of process analysis tools participants will be able to make initial process improvements.

Process Management Skills for the Process Team

This workshop will teach participants how to measure and manage process data and how to use a monitoring and response plans to ensure the process is stable and capable. Participants will also learn how to work as a team.
