Sponsoring (Champion) Process Improvement
This 2-3 day session is designed to provide leaders with the necessary
skills to manage individuals that are deploying continuous
improvement skills. It is an introduction of selected process improvement
methodologies
and definition of their benefits.
Champions will learn to:
- Identify the critical steps in the selected process improvement
methodologies being implemented
- Select and prioritize process improvement
projects delivering high impact to the organization
- Mentor and support
the process improvement teams.
- Identify and remove roadblocks for the
process improvement team
- Effectively present and summarize project
results
- Set the framework for establishing financial tracking and
replication of project benefits across the organization

Critical Thinking
This workshop will help participants develop their critical thinking
skills and enables them to analyze information and situations
more effectively.
Participants will learn how to:
- Evaluate arguments
- Perform critical analysis and synthesis of ideas

that answers questions, removes ambiguous words and phrases,
reduces the likelihood of argument, and influences the conclusions
that are drawn
Knowledge Management
This workshop will help participants create a knowledge management
plan for your organization to ensure that all knowledge is
captured, organized,
and available in a timely manner to all people who can benefit from
the knowledge. Participants will learn to:
- Create a knowledge management plan
- Define the knowledge life-cycle
Change Management
This workshop introduces the effects of change to people and organizations
and helps participants create a plan to effectively manage
the change, reducing resistance and maximizing buy-in and positive
influence.
The change acceleration process is a seven step process:
- Leading change – Having a champion who sponsor change
- Creating a shared need – Defining a reason for change all
can buy into
- Shaping a vision – Describing what the organization will
look like when change occurs
