LEAN Enterprise
Organizations striving to be world-class operate on a cost reduction
principle that states the only way to achieve targeted margins and
reduce customer churn is to provide a high quality product or service
to customers for a price they are willing to pay.
This workshop will teach participants how to eliminate waste
in their process. With a focus on meeting customer needs,
non-value-add steps are removed, the process is simplified, contraints
are managed, and the process velocity increases.
The workshop is designed to assist an organization to increase
focus on maximizing process velocity (work flow
optimization), analyze
process flows (value stream mapping), segregation of "value-added"
from non-value-added activities (Muda), and provides a method to
quantify
and eliminate the cost of complexity in our processes (5’s)
